Our Story

Moonlight Collection began quietly — with a single ball of yarn, a hook, and long evenings spent learning stitch by stitch. There was no shop, no plan, no grand idea. Only a young dreamer in Biratnagar and the wish to make something with her own hands.

From that quiet beginning grew a small, careful world of crochet — one made slowly, one made with love.

Crochet is patient. It cannot be rushed. Every loop must be made by hand, one at a time, and the fabric grows only as fast as your fingers move.

In a world that moves too quickly, that felt like a small kind of resistance — a way to slow down and pay attention. To make something the old way, on purpose.

Each piece in the collection is made entirely by hand. The yarn is chosen with care, the colours are matched patiently, and the finishing is done with the same attention as the first stitch.

Nothing is machine-made. Nothing is mass-produced. If a piece takes longer, it takes longer — because we would rather it be right than fast.

Every piece is crocheted at home in Biratnagar, Nepal — a city of soft light, warm evenings, and quiet streets. Our home is where the work happens, and something of that softness finds its way into every finished piece.

We are small on purpose. Small enough to know each order, and each person who receives it.

We do not follow trends. We do not release new collections every season. We make a small number of pieces, thoughtfully, and only what we can make well.
